Affordable Housing
In the 24 years since inception of the LIHTC program, we have sponsored 130 LIHTC investment funds, which have raised $9.9 billion of LIHTC equity and financed more than 1,500 affordable housing properties in 47 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. We currently provide asset management services for 1,300 affordable housing properties throughout the US.
Tax Credit Fund Origination
We have raised over $9.9 billion in equity from institutional and retail investors as a sponsor of over 130 public and private real estate investment funds, and currently have $9.3 billion under management.
Tax Credit Origination
We offer comprehensive affordable housing financing services, including LIHTC transaction origination and underwriting, fund management, affordable debt origination, asset management and credit enhancement.
Debt Products
We are a Fannie Mae delegated underwriting servicer (DUS), a Freddie Mac Targeted Affordable Housing Seller-Servicer, and an FHA-approved lender.
Fund and Asset Management
We manage one of the largest tax credit portfolios in the US; of the 43 multi-investor tax credit funds we have sponsored since 1993, we have delivered, on average, 99.96 percent of initially projected tax credits and achieved, on average, 100.4 percent of initially projected IRRs. At the end of a holding period of an investment, Centerline offers disposition and refinancing strategies to maximize asset value.
Affordable Housing Advocacy
Our company executives remain active and involved spokespeople on behalf of the LIHTC industry, representing syndicators and investors before Congress, in advocacy groups, and as involved members and leaders of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC). We believe in the mission of the affordable housing industry that all Americans deserve access to decent, safe and affordable housing.
Mortgage Banking
We are a Fannie Mae DUS lender, Freddie Mac seller-servicer, and FHA-approved mortgage provider. We started in the GSE mortgage loan industry in 1988; our current GSE mortgage loan portfolio stands at about $9 billion. Our multifamily loan origination, pricing and underwriting platform allows us to finance all multifamily property types competitively.

We offer Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac products, and provide FHA loan origination and processing.
Loan Portfolio
Our portfolio of agency loans under management is approximately $9 billion.
Student Housing
Centerline provides financing nationwide for the acquisition and refinancing of multifamily properties with a student tenancy, or properties that cater to a student tenant base because of their location or construction. Student housing is typically located near larger university campuses.
Small Loans Solutions
Our small loans team provides financing for multifamily rental housing up to $5 million, under the Fannie Mae DUS Program.
Manufactured Housing
We provide financing for high-quality professionally manufactured housing communities across the US.
